DCM rarely needs clothing thanks to two nearby clothing banks:: First Baptist Church of Decatur:; Oakhurst Presbyterian Church

Food:

Perishable food items can be donated to: The Open Door; Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House.

We thankfully accept many packaged food items:: COLD CEREAL; Peanut butter; Jellies/jams; Macaroni & cheese; Rice, Grits, Pasta; Canned meats: stew, tuna, salmon, chicken, pork & beans; Green canned goods: spinach, turnip greens, English peas; Canned tomatoes; Spaghetti sauce; Breakfast Cereal; Non-fat dry milk; Corn

Decatur Cooperative Ministry is an ecumenical agency of over 35 congregations from 12 denominations. People and congregations of all faiths are welcomed as partners. DCM works in conjunction with schools and educational institutions, government agencies, businesses, civic organizations, and community groups. Services, employment opportunities, and volunteer opportunities are open to all qualified applicants, and DCM does not practice or tolerate any form of discrimination based on religion, race, physical ability, gender, or age.
