In 2007, DCM programs provided these services:

Decatur Cooperative Ministry served 1,834 people in 2007.

Family Transitional Housing
provided a home for 15 families made up of 17 parents and 37 children.
Hagar's House
sheltered 53 families made up of 53 mothers and 134 children.
Project Take Charge
served a total of 1,593 individuals. PTC prevented homelessness or utilities disconnection for 202 households and provided food for an additional 403 households.

During 2007, volunteers gave 11,812 hours of service to DCM and its ministries. These hours are valued at $158,148.

Volunteers supported DCM by:
Serving meals for Family Transitional Housing and Hagar's House
Holding financial management sessions
Helping children with homework
Assisting in the offices and the shelter
Working on the newsletter
Helping with fundraising, child care, and building and yard maintenance

Volunteer hours for professional services such as legal work and computer repair are valued at their market rate. All other volunteer hours are valued at $12 per hour.

In-kind donations during 2007 are valued at $138,328.
